               As it is known, necessary measures against COVID-19 are taken by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality as well as all over the world and our country. Within the scope of these measures, it is aimed to effectively tackle, monitor and finalize the applications of our needy fellow citizens to the Capital 153 (the previous name was Blue Desk). In this context;               

1. The employees, who were hired at the Capital 153 Call Center (the previous name was Blue Desk) after 8 April 2019 and later assigned to other departments of the Municipality, immediately after 23.03.2020, 
2. The employees, who were hired at the Capital 153 Call Center (the previous name was Blue Desk) before 8 April 2019 and later assigned to other departments of the Municipality, in case of necessity, were required to work at the Capital 153 Call Center (the previous name was Blue Desk) upon assignment.

               It has been considered appropriate to take the necessary measures for the assignment of the employees working in our Municipality and its affiliated administrations and companies at the Capital 153 Call Center (the previous name was Blue Desk) and to conduct the necessary coordination in this respect by the Press, Broadcasting and Public Relations Department.
